Responsibilities:

• To manage issue/problem met by users and insure functional application support in an effective, timely manner;
• To communicate to users in case of application changes (functional and/or technical) and any service interruption due to maintenance or issues;
• To monitor and coordinate in case of service interruption (planned and unplanned) with strong link with Asia Network and Corporate IS/IT teams;
• To participate in business process specification, technical analysis, settings and deployment;
• To be the first level contact with Key Users for daily exchanges (support, feedback) and regular planned meeting to discuss issues, gaps for continuous improvement
• To write and update functional and technical documents with Key users according to standards;
• To identify impact of any new information flow on User usual way of working and IS interfaces;
• To provide new user training;

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
• 1-2 year's relevant experience;
• Good knowledge in ERP and web-based applications;
• Knowledge in production, supply chain and wholesales processes in a plus;
• Good spoken and written English;
• Customer oriented with good team spirit.
