Job Description

• Handle general enquiries from clients, internal departments & other stakeholders
• Provide high-quality service to achieve and uplift customer satisfaction and establish long-term business relationship
• Quality assurance of end product and committed delivery to ensure customer expectation is met
• Provide user training at different levels & ongoing client support
• Occasion overseas travelling may be required

 Job Requirement

• Higher Diploma or above in Business, Tourism, IT or Computer related subjects
• Good customer service mindset and attitude to follow through and respond to problems/requests proactively and effectively
• Self-motivated, attentive to details and independent
• With good interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in the Travel or IT Industry would be an advantage
• Knowledge of client/server/web development methodologies and relational databases is an added-value
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
