• Responsible for the administration of Windows server management such as Active Directory, file servers, application servers, Exchange servers and VMware server etc. to ensure smooth IT operations;
• Participate in data center relocation, on-premises infrastructure upgrade and Azure Cloud migration; Plan for current / future transition technological developments and compliance requirements;
• Infrastructure development and maintenance on Insurtech platforms such as Chatbot NLP, Hyperledger Fabric Blockchain, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), API Management and Data Analytics platform etc.;
• Work with different IT teams on UAT & production environment control and system change;
• Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery site setup and maintenance;
• Prepare and develop relevant support documents and change records, e.g. procedure, guideline, backup and change record etc.;
• Plan, implement and oversee new system enhancements, network infrastructure improvements and security upgrades;
• Provide system, network infrastructure and security tools support, monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting.
  

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines:
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in MS Windows server administration and network administration;
• Experience with Azure Cloud platform administration and migration is preferred;
• Hands on experience with one or more of the following technologies: Cisco Switch, Cisco IronPort, F5 Load Balancer, Checkpoint and Fortinet Firewall,  Forcepoint Web Security, MS Exchange Servers;
• Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNA / CCNP and/or Information Security Certification is a plus;
• Experience in working with IT audit and compliance in financial industry is an advantage;
• Ability to work independently on problem-solving and troubleshooting;
• Self-motivated, proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills for working in a team;
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
