Job Description
The successful candidate will be directly engaged and supervised by the Engineer or the Engineer’s Representative(s).
Responsible:
- Provide documentation including works order and regular reports
- Check the entitlement of the maintenance services
- Monitor the fault repair works progress closely
- Provide assistance to any other tasks assigned by the Engineer’s Representative(s)
Requirements:
- Holder of Form 5 HKCEE Certificate or Form 6 HKDSE Certificate or above
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience
- Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
- Working experience in handling HKSAR Government document is preferable
- Proficiency in use of computer, including MS Office
- Good typing skills (both English & Chinese)
- Basic command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
