Background:

• Provides a secure, reliable and scalable IT infrastructure equipped with agile application development tools, for facilitating bureaux and departments in agile development and delivery of digital services. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for system and network operations and maintenance
• Perform daily operation maintenance, including pre-opening health check, system monitoring, day-to-day operation, data backup and log management, etc
• Provide 24/7 technical support to the system and network operations, incidents and troubleshoots

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information System or related disciplines
• Basic knowledge in physical and virtual servers switches, firewalls and routers
• Possess good sense of responsibilities, independent work, strong problem-solving and 
• Willing to work on shift per day to ensure 24/7 seamless support
