Job Responsibilities:

• Devise IT policies to assure all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations. Enforce IT policies and guidelines.
• Direct requirements resources for projects, such as equipment, software and manpower needed.
• Work with business to drives technology investment planning and come up with ideas to maximize returns on technology investment for the company.
• Develop & maintain IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within the annual IT budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Explore and identify IT solutions or technologies that can satisfy user needs, compliant with system and security standards.
• Oversee and manage all IT resources, projects, operations and services to support the Online Piano Teaching System.
• Supervise the IT Team to perform software development life cycle activities and provide business-as-usual support of the systems.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or related IT discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of IT related experience, covering software development, system design, business analysis and project management; experience in multi-tier system is preferred.
• Solid experience in JAVA, Spring Boot Framework, Microservice, and RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of support technologies (UNIX, Linux, Windows, SOA compliant, Web Based services, SQL, Oracle, CISCO, SAP etc).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in integrating and recommending various complicated IT / business solutions.
• Desire, with good communication skills and able to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferred.
• Immediately Available is preferred.
