A typical day in this role:

• Deliver Workflow system implementation services including system configuration, development, testing, UAT, documentation, user training and maintenance;
• Investigating, trouble-shooting and resolving reported system issues;
• Provide Support service;
• Prepare training materials & internal user guide to ensure the delivery of digital solutions

What we look for:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information system or related discipline.
• 0-2 years hands-on experiences on project coordination.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Understanding of the IT application development life-cycle, good practices, application testing etc.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user‐friendly languages.
• Experience in workflow application, BPM is a plus
• Candidates with less experience/Fresh graduates will also be considered.(Less experience will be considered as Junior Business Analyst)
