Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead company-wide cyber security strategies and initiatives
- Design and implement plans and risk assessment analysis to protect against cyber-attacks and breaches
- Work with internal and external stakeholders/regulators to assess any risks that may arise from new technologies or changes in industry regulations
- Promote security culture and educate users across the company
- Establish policies, procedures and metrics to measure effectiveness of strategy
- Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or equivalent is preferred
- At least 12 years of related cyber/information security experience, advantageous if possesses certifications such as CISSP, CISA and CISM
- Experience in dealing with local and regional regulators
- Strong team-management, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
