YOUR ROLE

This System Support Engineer will join our IT team, provide support to our Hong Kong and global users in Group company and its subsidiaries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide remote and on-site IT support, software installation’s, Upgrade, hardware replacement etc.
• Support on Microsoft 365 related products and services
• Provide analysis of security log data from security devices
• Analyze security incidents and formulate incident reports
• Design technical solutions on multiple clouds that address clients’ scalability, reliability, security, and performance requirements.
• Establish and refine daily IT security operations tasks.
• Support and maintain telephone resource management, firewall security and IT asset management.
• Troubleshoot the hardware and software in Windows / Mac, networking types of equipment, mobile (Android / iPhone), Printer, Projector, NAS
• Support Copier and Audio & Video Conference Equipment
• Work closely with the Global IT team on systems’ implementation and maintenance

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Min. 4 years of working experience in network/ server administration and IT support and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with network infrastructure, Firewall, Router, VPN, Endpoint Security.
• Proficient in Windows Server, Backup solutions, Data Security, Office 365 Environments, Active Directory & Hybrid Exchange configuration and setup
• Knowledge of enterprise standards including logging, monitoring, access limitation, sensitive data handling
• Good team player but also can work on individual tasks without supervision.
• Must have a customer service-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
