The Company
Our client is one of the largest Solution Provider in Hong Kong. Currently expanding their infrastructure team and looking for Network supports. 

The Role 

• Work on large scale network implementation projects
• Configure and setup Firewalls/Security appliances
• Proactive network performance monitoring and reporting with on-perm or cloud solutions
• Create and maintain network documentation for use by the network operations and support teams
• Participate in testing, researching, learning, and applying specific new technologies and products
• Provide second-tier technical support and solutions to the implementation and fault handling in networking projects
• Develop documentation manual and provide briefing session of project completion to customer
• Other IT related ad-hoc tasks when needed. 

Your Profile

• Higher diploma or above in telecommunications, information technology, computer science or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of network engineering experience in telecommunication / IT industry
• Hands-on experience with Cisco / Juniper / Fortinet / Palo Alto support and administration is an advantage
• Holder of Cisco's CCNP/CCNA, Juniper's JNCIP/JNCIS, Fortinet NSE Certification is an advantage
• Work independently, self-initiative, good interpersonal skills & work under pressure
