We are looking for an IT Operation Specialist to support and assist daily major IT projects in our organisation. Achieve service level requirements and performance goals. Implement policies for desktop and mobile device management, such as system updates, asset management, and software deployment. This position will also assist in the development and delivery of user guides and training, and identify and propose solutions to improve operation efficiency and service quality.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure hardware and software components (by MDM or manually).
• Daily user support
• Asset record update:
• Test and evaluate any new system, including the UAT.
• O365 account management.
• Define the software, hardware, and network requirements.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• In-house application debugging and testing
• AWS EC2, Active Directory Account, and System Backup

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 - 5 years related experience.
• Knowledge of the Apple Mac operating system
• Knowledge of system troubleshooting
• Knowledge of databases (Mongo DB, Marina DB, MySQL, MS SQL), Python/Java Script programming, Shell Script.
• MAC OS proficiency
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in ITIL v3 is preferred.
