• Report directly to the PLM Global Lead
• Provide training and support to internal and external PLM users
• Organize Vendor Training sessions and communications
• Gather information from the business users for any enhancement requirements
• Identifying bugs verses user error
• Reporting and following up on bug reporting
• Reviewing and updating training manual & process documentation
• Responsible for regional administration tasks within the PLM systems (PLMA & PLMF)
• Support the design and execute new processes and strategic priorities defined by the global executive team
• Involve various stages of rolling out new functionality, also participate in creating and implementing testing and training materials
• Ad hoc and general duties require from time to time to ensure work effectiveness

• Good working knowledge of PLM related to apparel and/or footwear product development
• Strong IT background, working knowledge of Office Suite, Excel, and Product Management/Development - any knowledge of JIRA/BI/SAP is a bonus
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin / Cantonese and or another relevant Asian language
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills in a multicultural global environment
• Ability to work effectively within a team, physically or virtually
• Attention to detail, strong problem solving from an open-mind, next steps perspective
• Ability to multitask, reprioritize quickly as priorities / deadlines change, follow and enforce business process
