Job Description:

• Plan, develop, maintain and administer server and network infrastructure, data and security systems; on-prem or on cloud.
• Lead the team on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives and migrate existing on-premises systems to Cloud platforms.
• Maintain and implement data backup and disaster recovery plan.
• Integrate Information Security requirements into the IT Infrastructure.
• Manage data and system security administration and operations.
• Control costs and budgets of IT infrastructure.
• Manage IT contracts and software licenses.
• Develop and maintain IT operations policies, guidelines and procedure.
• Maintain operation control standards, implement compliance policy and maintain awareness of operational risk.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Network Team, maintain service level objectives and KPIs.

Requirement:

• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines with Cisco / AWS / Azure / Microsoft certification
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experiences with at least 3 years in management level
• Desire to learn and adapt to new technology
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Solid experience in on-prem and on-Cloud IT infrastructure and service management
• Knowledge in Information Security
• Experience with vendor management
• Good project management skill, experience in project coordination with internal parties and vendors
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, willing to learn, energetic and conscientious
• Fluency in spoken and written English Fluency in Mandarin
