Responsibilities:

• Perform server and network maintenance and monitoring
• Perform IT operation and system support including IT facility administration, procurement, installation, security and configuration of desktop PC, servers, printers and peripherals 
• Provide IT assistance and helpdesk support to internal users and external clients via hotline and emails
• Perform project support and ad-hoc technical assignment as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT or related discipline
• Knowledge in TCP/IP networking, Linux, windows server and virtualization, MCSE certification is an advantage
• Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Fresh graduate will be considered
