The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is a statutory body established by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2008, responsible for developing the West Kowloon Cultural District.

You will be responsible for:

• Management of network and wireless network infrastructure;
• Assist to evaluate new technologies, plan and implement solutions to cope with the business requirements and equipment end of life;
• To participate in solution and software evaluation, performance monitoring and diagnoses, identify and prevent potential issue proactively;
• To prepare technical documents and reports, implementation proposals and user manual;
• To prepare procurement documents including approval paper and requirement specification;
• To work with and manage the vendor of IT projects and assist in monitoring the implementation of IT projects; and
• To handling of network infrastructure handover from project including document review, configuration review and onsite inspection.

You should possess:

• Possess a recognized university degree in IT, computer science or equivalent;
• Have at least 4 years of experience in IT industry with network and wireless network infrastructure support;
• Have hands on experience and good knowledge in network and wireless network infrastructure support, especially Cisco for Switch, Router, Wireless Controller F5 Load Balancer and FortiGate Firewall;
• Experience in Cisco Unified Communication System will be an advantage;
• Experience in project handling is preferred;
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills including development and maintenance of technical documents;
• Holder of Cisco's CCNP / CCNA, CCNP / CCNA Wireless and CCNP / CCNA Collaboration is an advantage;
• Good interpersonal skill and a good team player with work independent and self-motivated; and
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
