Job Description
Working Location: DHL Central Asia Hub, Chek Lap Kok
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Manager, Program Delivery
Reporting to Manager, Program Delivery
- Engage with business stakeholders to collect user requirements and deliver appropriate & justifiable solutions
- Coordinate with regional IT and business users for global application deployment
- Manage project and report regularly against the project plan to ensure visibility of project progress
- Be the subject matter expert of global and local applications to provide application support to the business operation
- Manage investigation process to ensure root cause analysis and fault resolution are coordinated and delivered to avoid recurrence of issues
- Engage vendors, ensuring project specifications and Service Level Agreements are met
- Establish end to end IT service disaster recovery capabilities; liaise with business users to develop and review the business contingency plan
- Transform business process in a digitalized and a modern way to increase productivity, improve customer experience and enhance employee engagement
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- At least with 5 years of working experience in software development and project management
- Solid knowledge & execution of Agile System Development Life Cycle
- Good knowledge in C# & MSSQL
- Experience in MySQL, PHP, Python, PowerBI, JSON, JAVA
- Strong project management , analytical skills & communication skills
- Self-motivated and well-organized
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
