Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize leading business software platforms and .Net technologies and other assigned technologies in analyzing designing testing and modifying application software for enhanced functionality
• Analyze, design, develop, implement and enhance customized applications modify existing applications to meet evolving user needs.
• Monitor availability of the applications and notify support team in case of exceptions and also provide update to applications owners and business stakeholder on the status and the potential impact.
• Ensure quality of deliverables through self-review
• Provide inputs to task estimation.
• Ensure incidents, Service requests, Operational change requests and enhancements are handled within the agreed targets
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed within targets set (the tasks include incidents, service requests, identified problems, Operational changes, enhancements etc.)
• Collate data and provide inputs for reporting requirements.
• Responsible for coordination with other support groups (such as infrastructure, product vendor etc.)
• Comply with defined process during task execution (including problem management, KEDB management etc.).
• Participate actively during Knowledge transition (KT sessions) and contribute
• Contribute and participate proactively in knowledge sharing sessions
• Take ownership of tickets including any customer communication and handle queries / clarifications from the customer

Role Requirements:

• Having 4 – 5 years of experience in hands-on development or application support background
• Having either one of the skill sets

• Knowledge in NodeJS, MongoDB, ReactJS, JavaScript will be added advantage.
• Good Knowledge on production support.
• Experience with MS visual studio & Git version control.
• Experience in Database Scripting and Stored Procedures for RDMS such as Oracle, SQL Server.
• Excellent trouble shooting skills to resolve issues with various software components.
• Good knowledge of Debugging defect fixing and maintenance of Software programs.
• Change Management process knowledge
• Perform controlled resolution of incidents and problems including prioritization and escalation liaising with business and technology partners as appropriate.
• Service applications systems and provide a level of application systems operational availability that meets or exceeds established standards service levels while minimizing operational risk.
• Partner with key stakeholders to schedule packaging and release new applications in a timely manner reduce change execution times by planning implementations with parallel work streams.
