Job Description
Executive Summary:

- Around 500 staffs in Hong Kong office and IT team around 30-40 staffs.

Major Responsibilities:
- Provide IT technical advice and support services, troubleshoot related to hardware and software problems
- Work with relevant service providers for maintenance and support matters
- Troubleshooting general mobile and desktop hardware, peripherals, operating system and application software problems
- Coordinate software and hardware installation, testing and commissioning
- Handling project and operation for IT network and system such as server, backup, network, security, email, Cloud, mobile device management, AD, Azure AD, DNS.
- Translate requirement from end users to network and system requirement
- Provide end user support in response to their network and system queries
- Perform daily system operation activities such as resource monitoring, health checking, documentation, inventory management.
Key Requirements:
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years or above experiences in administration of computer operating systems, fixing technical problems in a sophisticated IT environment
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in IT system administration and support
- Some experience in deploying and supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, Microsoft Windows Servers, VMWare, Veeam, HCI, Firewall, network switch, Wifi, VPN, SSO,
- Some knowledge in scripting, and Linux
- A good team player, who’s self-motivated, detail minded, well-organized, flexible and able to work under tight schedule and dynamic environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be customer oriented and have strong sense of responsibility
- Be a team player with good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Good command of spoken and written of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
