A Hong Kong listed company is looking to hire a 5+ PQE construction lawyer to join their team of six. This well-known and prestigious player in the construction industry has a reputation for excellence and trend setting operations. They take pride in developing and supporting their employees to ensure they are some of the highest qualified staff in the market.

This role will involve the following:

Responsibilities:

•Provide legal advice on engineering and construction matters

•Communicate with internal and external parties on contractual issues

•Monitor dispute resolutions

•Draft and manage legal documents

Requirements:

•Degree holder in Law or above

•Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Engineering and/or Construction Industry

•Good communication and interpersonal skills

•Enthusiastic, positive attitude, detail-minded and able to work independently

•Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
