• Focus on daily maintenance and support tasks on various IT Infrastructure management systems
• Participate in projects of IT Infrastructure and server virtualization technology
• Provide investigation, diagnostic testing and resolution for various management systems, hardware and software
• Provide day-to-day management for server infrastructure services and support, performance and service monitoring, backup operation and minor software upgrade/patching
• Provide archiving, SAN storage management, vSAN policy management and capacity planning, backup, recovery solutions and mobile device management
• Ensure that the IT server infrastructure have fulfilled compliance/security requirements and assist in audit review
• Assist in planning, implementing and supporting new technology solutions and upgrade as appropriate
• Provide on-going project and systems upgrade support including but not limited to DR solution development
• Update system design documents, operation procedures, system configuration documents, drill plans, contingency plans, technical reports, user manuals etc.
• Conduct tendering operations from drafting tender specification to tender award for government procurement
• Provide support services such as liaison with users and vendors, monitoring, repairing, recovering systems, training and helpdesk support to contractors and internal staff
• Supervise sub-ordinates
• Ensure project deliverables to be on time and meet quality standard
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor

• Higher diploma in computer subjects or related disciplines.
• 3 years or above in IT application and system operational support, preferable with solid application support experience in IT Infrastructure and server virtualization technology
• 1 year in Linux system administration
• Perform daily support operations for Windows operating systems and VMware virtual server environment, including troubleshooting and administration
• Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work
• Creative, analytical, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized
