Job Description
Executive Summary
- One of the largest catering businesses in Asia across Hong Kong, China, and Southeast Asia
- Employing over 20,000 staffs, operating around x1000 restaurants including Western cuisine, Asian cuisine, Bakeries and Coffee Shops.
- Under the new economy, the company is looking for a Business Change Agent / a Transformation project leader to drive Group level digital transformation; Reporting to the Group business head, He / she will be coming from F&B or relevant industry with proven track records to digital transformation project success

Major Job Duties
- Close collaboration with different stakeholders of Chinese & Western Cuisine to review current business processes, identify, and define work scopes and areas to transform and digitalize business workflows and processes to improve operation’s efficiency or customer’s satisfaction in a measurable manner
- Keep abreast on latest technology / best practices in food & beverage industry and proactively explore opportunity with stakeholders to transform current processes with efficiency and cost improvement
- Design and drive various initiatives to improve customer’s dining experience
- Responsible for the whole lifecycle of transformation projects and solutions delivery including design, development, implementation, testing and launch under flexible approach to meet the agreed standard and timeline
- Provide / source training and ongoing support to end-users for the project or solution needs to achieve internal customers satisfaction
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related engineering fields.
- At least 5 years’ experience as a business transformation leader in larger organizations.
- Being proactive, innovative, with good project management, communication & analytical skills.
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
- Experience of gathering technology requirements through user interview and workshops, and analysis of organizational & workforce strategies is a must
- Self-motivated, passionate, a good team player with positive and a start-up working attitude.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese with excellent presentation skills that can communicate with different level of stake holders in an effective manner.
