Job Accountabilities

• Manage, maintain and support the daily security operations and system change lifecycle of critical security devices and tools, such as Firewalls, VPN, Web Proxy, DNS & DHCP servers, etc. in APAC region
• Closely work with IT infrastructure and security support team to manage and maintain the configuration, availability and system lifecycle of all key perimeter/internal security devices in APAC region
• Provide level 2 and 3 technical support for all firewalls and security devices in APAC
• Support the deployment of Network Security projects in APAC countries and maintain the documentation up-to-date
• Responsible for device health monitoring, fault management and vendor engagement

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience of IT Security Infrastructure support in enterprise DMZ environment, preferably in insurance / financial services industry
• Qualification in JNCIP / CCNP / CPSA / CISSP / CISA / CISM / ITILv3
• Solid experience / knowledge of:
  • IP Address, DNS / DHCP Management
  • Firewall policy & base line security maintenance
  • IPSec VPN & Remote VPN Solution
  • UR Filtering & Web Proxy Management
  • Perimeter Hygiene & General Network Security
• Technically strong in administration, troubleshooting, configuration and implementation of the following technologies:
  • Firewalls: Palo Alto / Cisco / Fortigate / CheckPoint or other major Firewall vendor products
  • Proxy: Cisco WSA
  • Networking: Cisco Switch, Router, network design
  • DNS, DHCP: Blind, Bluecat, Infoblox, MS AD
  • Network traffic & packets analyser / tools
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
