Client Background:

Our client is looking for an IT Business Analyst to manage system application design and development, mainly for their core operation system. You will communicate with internal users, manage external vendors and coach junior officers in the team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall system and application development life cycle
• Work with stakeholders at all level to develop a clear understanding of all existing requirements to conduct system functional design
• Ensure the system development comply with IT security control and regulatory compliance requirement 

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder with major in Business, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 3 - 8 years Business Analyst experience, in application development
• Programming knowledge is an advantage  
• Knowledge in banking or financial institution is highly preferred 
• High proficiency in both speaking and writing Chinese and English
