Our client , an international IT company is looking for Business Analyst -ServiceNow Process to join their dynamic team

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Project Manager and work in application consulting team and partnering with Project Managers, Development and QA Engineers and other Business Analysts and Process Administrators
• Work in Agile environment and work with different stakeholders in different departments and different companies.
• Drive all business processes of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Manage Low code platform applications development, workflow development, reporting, and configuration with offshore developers.
• Handle configuration and setup to support industry-standard integrated components (SSO, LDAP, etc) with offshore developers.
• Manage requirement gathering workshops to identify use cases and value-based acceptance criteria.
• Assist in the development of state-of-the-art proof-of-concept applications and spear-heading utilization of upcoming technologies.
• Be a key member of the overall implementation project team.
• Prepare client facing and internal deliverables documenting all aspects of technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in a related field
• 2 years or above experience in projects involving complex business processes or low code platforms
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts
• ServiceNow/Outsystems / UiPath / ITIL certifications is an advantage
• Project management/Agile/Scrum Master certifications is a plus
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and ChineseSupport services management to automate business processes.
• Designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform.
• Manage the low code platform to ensure stability and implement architectural changes when necessary.
• Experience in collecting requirement related to integration is an advantage
• Experience in using basic SQL for data migration project is an advantage
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance
