Role Purpose

• Work closely with project manager, business analyst and users to develop the best technical design including application infrastructure;
• Develop technical requirements (application) and provide technical evaluation and scoring of applications for RFP;
• Plan, design, develop, implement, and support IT products and applications to meet the customer needs;
• Deliver business solutions that include technology implementations and system integration;
• Test all solution aspects including but not limited to security, performance, integration;
• Facilitate project progress through relevant gates;
• Identifying areas of risk and prepare technical strategies for mitigation for the projects;
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in technology;
• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate

• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Topology, Application Infrastructure, Data Management or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years of IT-related experience covering but not limited to:
  • Software Development
  • System Analysis
  • Solution Definition
  • System Testing
• Proven client-facing experience with successful relationship management;
• Proven troubleshooting skills; ability to identify patterns and generate ideas;
• Solid software development skill is highly beneficial;
• Application infrastructure design skill is highly beneficial;
• Airline or travel industry knowledge is highly beneficial;
• Proactive "can do" attitude and sense of responsibility and urgency;
• Professional, passionate, innovative, self-motivated and able to present solutions to diverse groups of stakeholders;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as System Analyst .
