Job Responsibilities

1. Network Architecture Design & Implementation
2. Installation and Configuration of various network and security infrastructure (e.g. routers, switches, firewalls, proxies, network load balancers, wireless controllers and access points etc.)
3. Network device maintenance and system upgrade
4. Planning and Execution of Server & Network Equipment Relocation (e.g. site visit, site preparation, moving of equipment and re-installation etc.)
5. Providing on-site support for network equipment and IT troubleshooting to external clients
6. Liaise with vendor and internal/external resource on network deployment

Skills and Qualifications

1. Diploma holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
2. Holder of Cisco Certified Network Association (CCNA)  

Other Requirements

1. At least 3 Years hands-on experience in Networking and/or IT Technical Support
2. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong self-motivation
3. Good communication and presentation skills and able to work directly with clients
4. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
