Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare group consolidated financial and management reports, budget and forecast
• Assist in preparing annual and interim reports
• Prepare relevant schedules and breakdowns
• Coordinate statutory audit on group basis
• Liaise with different parties including auditors for information gathering
• Carry out financial analysis for HK office
• Handle ad hoc assignment and projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, preferably with ACCA/HKICPA qualified or student membership
• At least 3 years of work experience in preparing listed company's consolidated financial statements and management reporting
• Able to meet tight deadlines
• Possess audit experience is preferred but not a must
• Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced team environment and with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), knowledge in Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Good team player with positive attitude, strong motivation, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature, confident, energetic and willing to learn
• Immediately available is highly preferable
