 Responsibilities: 

• Report to immediate superior
• Mainly responsible for general accounting duties including preparation of vouchers, journals and bank transfers, etc
• Reconciliation of collections from customers
• Daily communication with customers for payment
• Assist in preparing schedules, simple reports and bank reconciliations
• Assist in month-end reports preparation
• To complete other assigned tasks when required

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Accountancy or business-related discipline or equivalent 
• Hands-on work experience in accounting or equivalent is an advantage
• Good command in MS office and Chinese word processing; experience in MYOB and/or Yonyou is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player with positive mindset who is also willing to learn and contribute to the team towards the success of the Group
• Immediate availability is preferred, but not a must
