Job Responsibilities:

1. Control all finance and accounting activities of the Group, including: prepare monthly financial and management analysis reports、operational expenses against prior year and budget、 work with the legal counsel for finance related legal and compliance matters、prepare annual budget and quarterly rolling forecasts、tax audit、salary and insurance、asset inventory、due diligence、investment evaluation, etc.
2. Handle internal control and ensure financial policies and procedures are properly adhered; handle statutory audits (internal and external) and Hong Kong、PRC tax filing; provide advice to senior management of entities/operating companies in Hong Kong and PRC
3. Responsible for investment portfolio risk analysis, due diligence, financial valuation, investment analysis, investment exit, etc.;
4. Post–Investment finance management, monitoring investment status, regular supervision and financial analysis reports;

崗位職責：

1. 負責管理並執行各項財務工作，包括：款項處理、費用支付、稅務審計、工資保險、財務會簽、資產盤點、盡職調查、投資評估等；
2. 負責制定和完善各項財務內控制度和流程，嚴格執行公司財務記錄，並負責中港兩地財務、稅務等相關政策研究，為公司提供專業意見；
3. 負責公司投資及重大項目的財務分析與預測工作，負責投資項目風險分析、盡職調查、財務估值、投資分析、投資退出等；
4. 負責管理公司已投資資產、專案，監控投資狀況，定期監督並提供分析報告；

Requirements:

1. Fresh graduate and IANG are welcome;
2. BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field is preferred;
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills, good in both Mandarin and English; 
4. Immediate available is preferred;
