Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of bookkeeping on property managed buildings accounts
- Responsible for month end closing and various financial analysis
- Handle daily accounting operations of cash management, reconciliations and A/R, A/P and general ledger etc.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Higher diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of solid working experience in full sets of accounts
- Mature, responsible, detail-minded and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient PC skills including MS Words, Excel, accounting system (i.e. FLEX and Fion)
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
