Our client, a Japanese Company, is looking for a suitable candidate as below:

Job Duties

・Manage full books of accounts including account payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and actual procedures.
・Validate supplier invoices / staff disbursement claims
・Assist month-end closing and prepare financial reports and analysis.
・Handle billing of service fee to inter-companies.
・Support year end external audit and participate in half yearly stock take and fixed asset counts.
・Carry out administrative work such as filing of accounting records, of Accounts Department.
・Assist in ad hoc tasks and projects.

Requirement

・Associate degree holder in Accounting / Finance.
・2-3 years relevant experience in trading company
・Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
・A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
・Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented and willing to learn
・Good command of MS Office and proficiency in spreadsheets.
・Business trip to Shenzhen office is required.
(approximately 4 days per month)
**Due to Covid-19 pandemic, there is no need going to SZ for business trip for the time being
・Knows Japanese company culture
・Fresh graduates are now welcomed with University Degree

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・A Japanese speaking person is definitely advantage but not a must
