Job Description

Our client is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:

Compensation and Benefit (C&B): 

  • Perform HR functions with main focus in Compensation and Benefit (C&B) which includes facilitating monthly payroll related items calculation and analysis, proceeding staff movement control and record and taxation liaison with relevant Departments, participating in C&B projects such as annual salary review and benchmarking, incentive schemes, medical plan renewal, annual audit
  • Manage staff attendance and leave data in HRIS on regular basis to facilitate report generation for payroll processing
  • Participate in C&B market survey and conduct regular review
  • Prepare various HR related reports and data analysis for management review
  • Min. 5 years relevant work experience
  • Exp in launch of HRIS system & PRC payroll will be an advantage
  • Strong Excel skills (V-lookup & Pivot Table), knowledge in Marco is a plus

Recruitment & Employee Relations: 

  • Work closely with business units to understand their needs, requirements and budget
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, screening, interview, offer negotiations to on-boarding
  • Identifying effective recruitment channels and marketing strategies to attract talents across the business units, use single and multiple channels (such as: career websites, social media platforms, career seminars, job fairs, referral programmes, etc)
  • Handle the application of working visa in China / HK for the new foreign staff
  • Take the lead in organizing new employee orientation, corporate and CSR employee events
  • 5 years’ experience in recruitment and employee relations
  • Experience in work permit application & renewal 
  • Familiar with HKSAR Labour Ordinance
