Our client is looking for a Senior Officer for Human Resources Team to deliver quality HR services to their insurance businesses.

The incumbent will be reporting to manager directly.

Job Description:

• Recruitment & selection process for designed business units.
• Handle on boarding & off boarding arrangements and disciplinary issues.
• Organize company events and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate and updated data in HR system.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports and analysis.
• Monitor the execution of company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Perform other ad hoc duties when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in any related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR field.
• Independent, detail minded with strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills and a good team player.
• Superb command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Good computer knowledge in using MS Office and HR systems.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as an Officer.

Languages
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
