Job Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Officer for Human Resources Team to deliver quality HR services to their insurance businesses.
The incumbent will be reporting to manager directly.
Job Description:
- Recruitment & selection process for designed business units.
- Handle on boarding & off boarding arrangements and disciplinary issues.
- Organize company events and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate and updated data in HR system.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports and analysis.
- Monitor the execution of company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Perform other ad hoc duties when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or above in any related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR field.
- Independent, detail minded with strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills and a good team player.
- Superb command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Good computer knowledge in using MS Office and HR systems.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as an Officer.
Languages
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
