Job Responsibilities

•          Report to Human Resources Director
•          Support full spectrum of recruitment and provide daily HR administrative duties
•          Prepare a variety of HR reports, HR data analytics and maintain human resources database
•          Support HR initiatives and major projects when required
•          Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct leader

Requirements

•          Minimum 6 years’ relevant HR working experience in MNC environment
•          Excellent multi-task skills, able to work with tight deadlines
•          Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
•          Strong data analysis skills, detail-minded and strong sense of accountability
•          Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other Hong Kong related legislation
•          Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
•          Candidate with less experience may be considered as HR Business Partner
