Scope of Duties: 

• Handling all administrative works in relation to the issue of Long Term TRA Permit for HAECO and Contractors’ staff
• Collect TRA and ARA permits and contractors’ staff on their last working day prior to departure
• Processing the application and renewal of ARA Permit, Visitor Pass and AA Driving Endorsement Examination and updating of these records
• Take all necessary actions in accordance with the instruction of Assistant Security and Fire Services Officer
• Maintain job-related statistical record and registers
• Ensure the smooth operation of Permit Office and Photo Room in Security & Fire Services department
• Providing coordination support to internal and external customers relating to Security & Fire Services activities
• Assist Security and Fire Services Manager, Head of Section (Security) and Security and Fire Services Officer in all administrative works

Requirements: 

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Candidate with aviation industry exposure would be advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel and MS Word
• Able to handle multi-tasking independently and details oriented
• Independent, well organized, proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, capable to meet tight deadlines
