Job Description

• To provide a full spectrum of administrative support, including but not limited to general office administration, procurement and maintaining systematic inventory control, etc.
• To liaison with external vendors and internal customers
• To assist in organizing company events
• To perform general clerical duties and maintain accurate records in the database
• To prepare regular reports for management
• To assist in ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Degree holder or above in any disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in sizable organizations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong computer literacy, well versed in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multi-dimensional tasks
