Job Responsibilities:

• Perform policy issuance and administration works accurately for the broker firm.
• Maintain the client and policy related records and process documents according to the requirements of service level and timeline
• Handle inquiries from business partner and customers, assist in resolving complaints via call and email in an efficient and professional manner
• Support day to day policy update and Excel reporting
• Monthly sales report generating to business partners
• Handle enquiries from other departments and agents and provide service & clerical support to the Team
• Support online broker portal maintenance and UAT
• Support the departmental works and handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• University degree or above.
• 2-year experience of general insurance or insurance broker
• Preferable IA licensed individual insurance agent or TR
• Responsible, detailed-mind, well-organized & able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is preferred
• PC literate in Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is preferred
