• Work with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends within the business
  
• Handle full spectrum of Training & Development activities including delivering in-house training classes and external training coordination
• To build up the whole learning and development platform, for different level of needs and according to the competency map
• Cooperate with SCN L&D programs, launch relevant project down to entity level
• Manage Group e-learning programs and monitor the registration and record
• Evaluate external expert vendors, coaches, trainers, to select proper resource for annual organization training plan
• Propose and monitor annual training budget, review and negotiate contracts serving L&D purposes
• Other hoc project as assigned 

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related discipline
• 3 - 4 years’ experience in Training and development
• Proven experience as L&D Management, Training Management or similar
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
• Trainer skills, able to deliver common soft skill programs, such as communication, writing, teamwork, etc.
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Organized, detail-conscious, good communication & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labour law and relevant regulatory requirements
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Executive
