Job Description
Our client is one leading supplier of scientific devices in APAC. They are currently looking for a passionate candidate to join their HR team.
- Assist in all-rounded HR responsibilities
- Japanese based company
- Fresh graduate is welcome
Job Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, payroll and HR admin
- Assist in recruitment and selection process eg identifying effective recruitment channels, preparing recruitment advertisements, screening job applications, arranging interviews, etc.
- Provide support in staff benefit administration.
- Assist in training administration including course enrollment, logistics arrangement, maintain proper training records, etc.
- Assist in organizing company functions such as annual dinner and other staff activities, etc.
- Compile and update employee records in HRIS system & maintain proper filing system.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to periodical HR exercises.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- Knowledge in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other HR legislation in Hong Kong.
- Self-motivated individual possessing strong organization skill, attention-to-details ability, teamwork orientation and competency in meeting tight deadlines.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
