Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly reports on Payment of Wages, MPF contributions and daily records of wage books to site management
• Handle complaints from site personnel on any matters relating to wage payment and other personnel issues
• Responsible for site administration
• Provide necessary assistance to HR & Admin Dept
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements:

• attaining Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics) or equivalent; or
  attaining Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (including Chinese Language, English Language (Syllabus B) and Mathematics) or equivalent;
• full-time working experience on personnel management or human resources related duties and good job records; and good command of both oral and written English and Chinese; and
• good computer knowledge; and
• preferably have completed a post-secondary certificate programme on human resources or personnel management
