RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform all administration functions in Hong Kong Office such as office equipment and facilities sourcing and maintenance, service contract renewal, petty cash reimbursement
• Assist to keep the good condition of the Building and provide clerical support to maintenance team.    
• Prepare and control budgets for respective contracts and agreements for HK Office
• Assist in developing and implementing all administration policies and procedures
• Monitor vendors and suppliers’ performance so as to maintain a highly proficient standard of services
• Perform ad hoc administration assignments and coordinate with internal and external parties for follow up actions as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Tertiary educated with relevant experience in sizable companies
• At least 5 years relevant working experience
• Experience in office renovation, repair and maintenance work is highly preferred
• Detail minded, organized and meticulous in handling people  
• Possess core competences including customer and service orientation, planning, organizing, initiative and team building
• Good writing skills in both English and Chinese
