Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling full spectrum Human Resources functions, including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits administration, training and development as well as staff relations.
• Prepare various HR&A reports and analysis.
• Provide full range of administrative support in daily operation.
• Input and update HR information and data (including leave record, overtime record, MPF, etc);
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements: 

•    Diploma or above in Human Resource Management or related disciplines.
•    At least 1 year of working experience in Human Resources
•    Well versed in Employment Ordinance and MPF Ordinance
•    Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
•    Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
•    Good communication and interpersonal skill with positive and helpful attitude.
•    A good team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented and hardworking.
•   Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources & Administration Executive
