The Job

The successful candidate will take on the role of a business partner to support the Media Group’s business across different countries. He/she will provide a full range of professional HR services that contribute to achieving business objectives and organizational effectiveness.

• Partner with business stakeholders to provide professional advice and recommendations on a full spectrum of HR activities
• Manage end-to-end HR processes from developing effective manpower planning, talent acquisition, retention strategies to conducting performance management & people development
• Design and deliver an effective recruiting strategy to meet the diverse talent needs of respective Media Group’s business in a dynamic business environment
• Coordinate with Group HR COE partners and work closely with functional leaders to formulate and implement their HR strategies, policies and initiatives
• Drive change agenda and enhance team performance by constantly reviewing and improving work practices, processes and support systems

The Person

• University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• A minimum of 10-12 years’ of HRBP experience in sizeable organizations, of which 8 years at managerial level
• Experience in supporting in a sizable organization is highly preferred
• Good problem solving and critical thinking skills, able to demonstrate ability to make creative recommendation / idea in a complex organization
• Good team spirit, able to build & cultivate positive & harmony working relationships with different stakeholders within the organization
• Agile and flexible mindset to handle urgent requests and conflicting priorities
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
