Job Description

With the support of the Government, the Hong Kong Arts Development Council (“HKADC”) is operating an arts space in Tai Po – Tai Po Arts Centre (TPAC). An on-site team headed by the General Manager is responsible to run TPAC. HKADC is now looking for a Programme Officer to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • To support on-site operation (TPAC) for handling facilities’ booking
  • To coordinate with various stakeholders for the programmes organised by TPAC
  • To plan and implement marketing strategy and promotion campaign
  • To prepare programme report and review
  • To be the duty officer during booking of hiring of facilities
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Degree in cultural management, marketing, communication or related discipline
  • At least 2 years or above relevant full-time experience of project management, preferrable in arts and cultural programmes
  • Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge in design software and video editing is an advantage
  • Detail-minded and strong in problem solving
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivated and work independently but also a good team player
  • Shift duty, irregular working hours and working on weekends and/or public holidays may be required.

Successful candidate will be offered a 12-month contract. Salary offered will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
