Our client is one of the most stable and well-known International law firms in Hong Kong. This is a regional position looking after both Hong Kong and Singapore market. They are hiring a manager to manage a big platform for lawyers’ secondment work.

Responsibilities:

• Promoting the hiring platform of the firm to the market via different social media
• Recruiting lawyers for firm based on various legal projects
• Liaising with both candidates and Partners on the hiring needs
• Providing professional advisory and valuable market information to Partners
• Delivering training on career coaching and talent development area
• Screening resumes and arranging interviews
• Managing the talent sourcing progress from end to end
• Closely working with marketing and admin team to organize various events and workshops to the lawyers
• Administrate the hiring system and prepare related paper work

Requirements:

• Degree holder with close to native level English and business level Chinese communication ability
• At least 5 years professional resourcing experience will be required, legal exposure will be a significant benefit
• Candidates with legal practicing work experience will be considered as well
