Key Responsibilities

• Provide client consultancy and day-to-day account management for a high performing local and regional clients
• Manage client projects – ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Assist Associate Director to lead a team,play a role in development and coaching forjunior team members
• Develop creative communication activities across branding, media engagement, integrated communications
• Leverage data and insights to develop and implement communication programmes
• Understand and navigate the traditional PR environment, digital and brand communications, and apply insights to client counsel and work
• Develop and present new business opportunities

What You Have

• Minimum 5 years of experience in communications in agency environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills and organizational skills
• Equipped with a solution-driven mindset and ability to think/write creatively and strategically
• Ability to work in a client-focused, team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Solid crisis and issues management experience
• Established local media and KOL contacts
• Proven track record of new business development
• Proven track record of integrated communications project management
• Excellent English and Chinese language skills, spoken and written
• Proactive, creative, enthusiastic team player
• High attention to details and accuracy
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related discipline
