Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in operational manual and workflow setup for new business projects which comply with legal and license requirements
- Daily operation including but not limited to client services, account opening, fund I/O operation and AML/KYC/DD checking
- Liaise with internal departments to monitor, review and improve operational actions to drive business results and improve operational efficiency
- Work closely with sales and marketing team to implement new program to drive customer satisfaction through different campaigns
- Report to Head of Department and assist in any ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma holder in Finance or related disciplines
- 2 - 3 years of solid experience in Financial Institution on middle / back office
- Familiar with payment gateway operation is preferred
- Highly initiative, quick learner with good business sense
- Good communication skills both written and oral in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
