Job Purpose

Responsible for verifying of dispatched credit line relating to credit limits, collaterals and customer’s information in various systems and perform UAT for related systems

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper maintenance of retail banking facility limits, collateral and related information in the systems
• Dispatch copy of credit applications to the departments concerned upon operative of credit limit(s)
• Monitor all temporary / earmarked facilities and perform subsequent follow-ups
• Participate in projects on development of new products, automation / enhancement of related systems
• Perform UAT for related system projects and provide support to product launch programs
• Handle ad-hoc matters and tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or above
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in loan operations
• Good knowledge on various credit products and banking procedures
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
