Job Purpose

Responsible for the maker role of corporate online banking service setup and related maintenance and account investigation

Key Responsibilities

• Act as maker to handle account investigation and communicate with Legal Department for deceased, winding up, bankruptcy cases and court order
• Perform 1st level checking on completeness and correctness of corporate online banking service registration and maintenance applications and related documents
• Setup corporate online banking service registration and perform maintenance
• Prepare and check the correctness and completeness of the registration welcome pack
• Handle account investigation and communicate with Legal Department for deceased, winding up, bankruptcy cases and court order
• Handle the government enquiry and communicate with Compliance Department whenever required
• Handle the data access request (DAR) / data change request (DCR) received from customers
• Handle the enquiry from frontline staff

Requirements

• Degree holder / post-secondary education or above
• Minimum 1 year of relevance experience in banking operations
• Good knowledge in banking policy and operational procedures
• Proficient in MS Office
• Prudent and attentive to details
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
