Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist to build personal loan business model by collaborating with credit, sales channels, IT and operation to facilitate appropriate credit policy, sales target, incentive plan and process flow in order to maximize productivity, profitability and efficiency in Personal Banking Division
- Support preparation and implementation for product programs to deliver business target and objectives
- Work with relevant stakeholders to develop effective strategies, execution plan and performance tracking across various acquisition channels
- Identify and negotiate with potential business partners and strategic alliance to strengthen the business positioning and foster growth of Personal Banking business
- Implement execution plan in collaboration with product, channel owners and stakeholders across multiple functions
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration or related discipline;
- Minimum 3 years' sales experience in banking or finance institution, preferably in lending products business with digitalization exposure (with knowledge on unsecured lending and SME Banking products is an advantage
- Good knowledge in unsecured loan product
- Good market sense and communication skill
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
